Business Analyst Apprenticeship
In this role, you’ll join our Business Analysis team in IT, becoming the “friendly shoulder” for the business - someone colleagues turn to when facing a challenge or needing support with a problem. You'll work on everyday improvements and larger projects, transforming how we deliver digital services and modernising systems.
Role
- Meeting stakeholders to find out what needs to change and why.
- Documenting problem statements and clear business requirements.
- Mapping out processes step by step.
- Creating user stories that explain what end users need from a system.
- Contributing to diagrams that show how a solution should work.
