Finance Systems Manager

We’re looking for a Finance Systems Manager to lead a high-impact ERP transformation project, migrating from legacy finance systems to Sage Intacct and supporting its ongoing success as their group-wide ERP platform.

This is a unique opportunity to play a pivotal role at the intersection of Finance and Technology—driving system implementation, improving processes, and enabling better data-driven decision making across the business.

What you’ll be doing:

• Leading the end-to-end ERP migration to Sage Intacct

• Partnering with Finance, IT, and external vendors to deliver the project

• Overseeing data migration, ensuring accuracy and integrity

• Driving user adoption through training and change management

• Managing UAT and supporting a smooth go-live

• Acting as the go-to expert for finance systems post-implementation

• Enhancing reporting and supporting ongoing system improvements

What we’re looking for:

• ACA / ACCA / CIMA (or equivalent) qualified

• Proven experience delivering ERP implementations or migrations

• Strong knowledge of core finance processes (GL, AP, AR, etc.)

• Experience working cross-functionally with stakeholders and vendors

• Exposure to M&A, integrations, or onboarding new entities is a plus

• A confident communicator who can support non-technical users

• Highly organised, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple priorities
