Role Overview
We are looking for Analytics Leads with expertise in statistical techniques, data manipulation and interpretations skills to join our dynamic team and contribute to various programmes within the NHS.
You will drive data-driven strategies, oversee complex data analysis, and deliver actionable insights.

Role Scope:
- Full time hours - 37.5 per week
- A fixed-term agreement to March 2026
- A remote work schedule

Key Responsibilities:
- Gather, analyse, and interpret complex data sets, including both quantitative and qualitative, from a wide range of sources.
- Provide advanced analytical services to strategic healthcare projects and programmes in the form of descriptive analyses, prospective service modelling, retrospective analyses and evaluation.
- Utilise modelling and forecasting techniques to predict future need and demand.
- Deliver customer insight through expert support to very senior audiences, being able to translate complex analytic concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Develop excellent relationships and support effective communication to ensure data integrity and to support the implementation of data-driven improvements.
Knowledge & Skills:
- Educated to master’s level in a relevant subject or equivalent level of experience of working at a similar level in a specialist area such as data science/health economics.
- Excellent knowledge of best practice and innovation in project management methodologies.
- Significant experience in a senior analytical role, preferably gained within the NHS or Healthcare setting.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and software such as SQL and Python.
- You will have an understanding of healthcare data sources, NHS data standards, and information governance.
- The ability to scope and lead analytical projects.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
