We are looking for 2 Business Solutions Analysts who are passionate about data to join the NHSBT Data Intelligence Programme. This sits at the heart of NHSBTs modernisation and transformation agenda, as meaningful data and analysis are key to unlocking insights to drive improvements in donor and patient care through innovative, efficient, and high-quality services. The programme is a central enabler of the organisations ambitions to ensure blood stock resilience, improve clinical quality, and deliver more efficient, safe, inclusive, and resilient operations while providing a faster, timelier, and reliable source of intelligence for our managers.

Main duties of the job
- You will provide a business analysis service to a variety of projects covering business and process change, solutions procurement, development and implementation
- You will be help determine which BA artifacts and deliverables will be appropriate to each project, and be responsible for delivering these to NHSBT standards
- You will work closely with the Project Manager, Product Centre Manager, Solution Architects, SMEs and key business stakeholders to ensure that business needs are identified and delivered solutions meet these needs
- You will build and maintain stakeholder relationships via all communication channels (face to face, telephone/telecon and email) with customers across the business and third parties
- You will be responsible for managing your own workload and diary, including making priority calls and renegotiating deadlines within your own workspace. Management support will be available if required.
- Limited national travel is required on an occasional basis in accordance with project needs and some overnight stays are necessary.
- You may be required to travel and spend time away from base, and this may involve working irregular hours and overnight stays when required, with prior notice

Person Specification
Qualifications
- Evidence commitment to own Continued Professional Development (CPD).
- Educated to Masters level OR equivalent experience
Experience
- Good awareness of the current state of business process management.
- Good understanding of process mapping and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Good understanding of best practice methods for capturing requiremen
- Principles associated with the development and introduction of new and novel systems and processes.Experience of planning and facilitating workshops and interviews
- Experience of successfully managing
- Experience of supporting successful large-scale change.
- Experience of IT business process management to support significant business change and development across a range of different business models, e.g. manufacturing, health, clinical, customer service, logistics.
- Experience of assisting organisations in the definition, analysis and management of business processes and requirements.
