Main duties of the job
- Develop and Implement Training Plans: Create comprehensive training plans and strategies for the implementation of the Electronic Patient Record (EPR) system.
- Lead EPR Training Delivery: Oversee the delivery of EPR training programs to ensure all relevant staff members are equipped with the necessary knowledge and skills.
- Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work closely with various departments within the Trust to understand specific training needs and ensure the training aligns with organizational goals.
- Provide Expertise on Mental Health Trust Terminology: Use your knowledge and experience of working with Mental Health Trusts to ensure training materials are relevant and reflect the specific terminology and processes used within these Trusts.
- Manage the Go Live Training Phase: Coordinate and manage the training phase leading up to the EPR systems Go Live in April 2026, with the training manager role expected to begin in January 2026.

Job Title: -Electronic Patient Record Training Manager
Trust location: South London & Maudsley NHS Foundation Trust
Pay Rates: -£37 - £45 Per hour.

The role will involve, but not be limited to you performing the above.
What you'll need:
Experience :
- Minimum 4 years of experience in EPR Training and Implementation.
- Should have Managerialexperience in Planning, Training and Strategies
- Must have experience in Mental Health

Experience
- Minimum 4 years of experience in EPR Training and Implementation.
- Should have Managerial experience in Planning, Training and Strategies
- Must have experience in Mental Health
Qualifications
- E-learning or Instructional Design qualifications.
