Project Manager - EPMA

EPR Project Manager – NHS | EPMA / Oracle Health / Hybrid / Outside IR35 / Long-term Contract

I’m currently looking for a strong, process-driven Project Manager to support a major NHS EPR implementation.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience managing complex EPR implementation projects, with a strong understanding of EPMA (Electronic Prescribing & Medicines Administration) and the clinical processes surrounding medicines management.

Essential:

• Strong EPR project management experience within an NHS environment

• Excellent project planning, governance, RAID and stakeholder management skills

• Strong understanding of EPMA and associated clinical workflows

• Experience coordinating multiple workstreams, suppliers and clinical stakeholders

• Highly process-driven, structured and delivery-focused

Desirable:

• Previous Oracle Health / Cerner Millennium implementation experience

• Experience working directly across EPMA, pharmacy and clinical workstreams

• Experience of EPR go-live, testing and implementation readiness
