Key Responsibilities

• Lead business and technical requirements gathering.
• Facilitate discovery workshops with business and technical stakeholders.
• Define, analyse and document business, functional, non-functional (NFRs), and technical requirements.
• Support the creation and refinement of data models and data specifications.
• Translate requirements into epics, user stories and Jira tickets.
• Lead backlog refinement and ensure requirements are delivery-ready.
• Work with architects and engineers on the delivery of an event-driven API.

Essential Experience

• Strong Technical BA experience on data-focused programmes.
• Proven experience defining and managing functional, non-functional and technical requirements.
• Experience delivering API and event-driven solutions.
• Strong workshop facilitation and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working in Agile teams with Jira and backlog management.
