The Agile Delivery Manager will lead the successful delivery of digital change and transformation initiatives at NICE, working with multidisciplinary teams to deliver outcomes that support high quality health and care guidance.
Reporting to a Senior Delivery Manager, the role focuses on planning, coordinating and assuring delivery across complex programmes, influencing stakeholders, managing risk and capacity, and ensuring work is aligned to organisational strategy and best practice in agile delivery.
The initial assignment will be to support our Infrastructure, Cyber and IT Operations initiatives whilst balancing requirements of other programmes who need support.

Main duties of the job
What the successful candidate will do/bring o Lead the end to end delivery of one or more digital change initiatives, ensuring clear plans, priorities, dependencies and outcomes are defined and achieved
o Apply agile delivery methods and tools to manage work, enable incremental value delivery and adapt to changing priorities
o Build strong relationships with a wide range of stakeholders, confidently influencing and negotiating to resolve competing demands and remove barriers to delivery
o Establish and support collaborative, high performing multidisciplinary teams within a matrix management environment
o Proactively manage risks, issues, dependencies and capacity, providing accurate and transparent reporting on delivery progress and performance
o Use data, insights and delivery metrics to inform decisions, improve processes and support continuous improvement
o Design and facilitate workshops and engagement activities to solve complex problems and align teams around shared objectives
o Bring strong communication, analytical and organisational skills, with the confidence to operate credibly at senior levels and across organisational boundaries

The Planning, Delivery & Oversight team is responsible for aligning DDAT activity planning to the NICE strategy and overseeing and ensuring that work is completed. It also plays a key role in maximising value from technology through digital change and adoption, and has cross-cutting responsibility for budget, internal and external governance, and reporting.

Education/Qualifications
- Proven and demonstrated specialist knowledge and expertise acquired through degree level or equivalent qualification/experience, with specialist knowledge of agile delivery management gained through practical experience and training/development
Education/Qualifications
- Proven and demonstrated experience of working with other IT, project and programme management frameworks such as ITIL, Prince2 and MSP
Experience
- Proven and demonstrated experience in the creation and maintenance of delivery roadmaps that influence stakeholder decision-making
Experience
- Proven and demonstrated experience in improving delivery performance of a team using data driven insights and metrics
Experience
- Proven and demonstrated experience in leading multi-disciplinary delivery teams where ambiguity exists along with competing priorities
Skills/Knowledge
- Proven and demonstrated experience of managing complex agile projects that deliver measurable business outcomes using digital industry standards and processes
Other criteria
- Proven and demonstrated experience of transparently reporting delivery progress and emerging risks within a wider portfolio of projects
