IT Manager Looking for a role where you can lead digital change, shape how systems work across an organisation, and drive how technology supports impact? Closing date extended to Friday, 8 May 2026 NICVA is the membership and representative body for the voluntary and community sector in Northern Ireland. We support organisations to do their best work and ensure the sectors voice is heard where it matters. We are entering a new phase, with a five-year strategy and a focused programme to strengthen our digital systems, how we use data, and how we operate as an organisation. The IT Manager role sits at the centre of that work - you will lead the development and delivery of NICVAs digital systems and infrastructure. You will be responsible for improving how we use technology across the organisation, ensuring systems are secure, effective and support day-to-day work. This includes overseeing core systems, managing external providers, and leading digital projects and change. The role includes supporting the delivery of our IT and Digital Strategy, working with colleagues to understand their needs, and putting in place practical solutions that improve how we work. You will also support the organisation to make better use of data and digital tools to inform decision-making and demonstrate impact. You will manage relationships with external service providers and support colleagues and partners to use systems and digital tools effectively. The role includes line management responsibility for the Data & IT Systems Officer and contributes to wider organisational planning and decision-making. This role would suit someone who can take a practical and organised approach to leading digital work, support others to use systems effectively, and bring relevant experience in IT, systems development and change. Salary: £42,839£45,091 (NICVA Grade J) Contract: Full-time (35 hours per week) Whats in it for you?
