Position: Program Manager

Duration: Fulltime contract

Description:

Purpose/Objective of the job:

The program manager will be responsible for developing/enhancing executing global skills programs (e.g., Veeva InterAct,) which develop Commercial/medical employees’ knowledge, skills, and behaviours across technologies, skills, and products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Acts as a strategic business partner across Commercial and or Medical to provide innovative and flexible training solutions for system learning.
  • Manage EMEA/APAC OR US System capabilities, Veeva release schedules (new functionality/system updates), client new / maintenance requests, and associated curricula annual updates in line with the NH/tenured Veeva InterAct pathways
  • Partner with translation vendors and submit and track translation requests
  • Place, test and review content updates, esp. e book updates in partnership with vendor
  • Prepare communications / present training updates to EX /USUS stakeholders in a variety of formats.
  • Document business / PM processes for consistency and efficiency.

Skills and Knowledge Requirements:

  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize business needs and make timely decisions based on available data.
  • Experience working with CRM/systems.
  • Experience of engaging, communicating with, and managing diverse internal, WCE, and global stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to project manage, partner, manage and lead strategic initiatives with vendors.
  • Strong communication, organizational and interpersonal skills, and proven programme management experience.

Minimum Requirements:

  • BA/BS degree
  • Fluent in English
  • Salesforce & Commercial experience preferred.
  • Additional European Language desirable
  • Pharmaceutical or Medical device industry experience preferred.
  • Expertise in instructional design
  • Minimum of 4 years learning and development background
  • Additional qualifications or accreditations related to learning and development are preferred.
