Client Engagement Manager – Public Sector (SoW Delivery)

SATIGO is a digital capability partner to the UK public sector, delivering technology outcomes through structured Statement of Work (SoW) models. We work with central government, regulators, local authorities, and public bodies to design, mobilise, and deliver high-impact digital programmes.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Engage with and develop strategic accounts within the UK public sector (e.g. central government, regulators, local authorities, or arm’s-length bodies)
• Engage senior stakeholders to understand digital, data, and technology priorities
• Shape, define, and close Statements of Work aligned to client outcomes
• Mobilise consultants and delivery teams into live programmes
• Work closely with compliance and operations to ensure smooth onboarding and governance
• Act as a trusted advisor across both delivery and commercial discussions

What We’re Looking For (Essential)

• Experience working within the UK public sector (government, regulators, local authorities, NHS, or related bodies)
• Proven experience growing existing client accounts within complex, multi-stakeholder environments
• Strong background in Statement of Work (SoW) or outcome-based delivery models
• Experience engaging senior stakeholders (Director to SCS level or equivalent)
• Solid understanding of digital and technology programme delivery

Highly Desirable

• Experience working across multiple public sector organisations or frameworks
• Knowledge of public sector procurement routes (e.g. CCS, Digital Outcomes & Specialists, Technology Services frameworks)
• Background in technology consultancy, digital delivery, or professional services
• Understanding of governance, assurance, and compliance within public sector programmes
