Client Engagement Manager – Utilities / Regulator Specialist (Public Sector) SATIGO | Remote (UK)
SATIGO is a digital capability partner to the UK public sector, delivering technology outcomes through structured Statement of Work (SoW) models.
We are looking for a Client Engagement Manager with direct experience in Utilities or Regulatory environments to take ownership of a key, high-value account where we already have an established presence and active delivery.
This role is focused on expanding an embedded client relationship within a complex, regulated organisation, driving growth across multiple teams and programmes.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Own and develop a strategic account within a regulator or utilities organisation
- Engage senior stakeholders to understand digital and technology priorities
- Shape and define Statements of Work aligned to client needs
- Mobilise consultants and delivery teams into programmes
- Work closely with compliance and operations to ensure smooth onboarding
- Act as a trusted advisor across both delivery and commercial discussions
- Identify and convert opportunities to expand existing programmes
- Map the organisation and proactively open new workstreams
What We’re Looking For (Essential)
- Experience working within Utilities or Regulatory organisations (e.g. energy, water, regulators)
- Proven experience growing existing client accounts within complex environments
- Strong background in Statement of Work (SoW) or outcome-based delivery
- Experience engaging senior stakeholders in regulated settings
- Solid understanding of digital and technology programme delivery
Highly Desirable
- Experience working with UK regulators or arm’s-length bodies
- Knowledge of public sector procurement frameworks (e.g. CCS, DOS, TS frameworks)
- Background in technology consultancy or digital delivery organisations
