An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced IT Delivery & Project Manager to join a fast-growing fintech business. This fully remote UK-based role offers the opportunity to take ownership of end-to-end project delivery, working closely with clients and internal teams to implement innovative technology solutions within the financial planning space.

This role is ideal for a delivery-focused project professional with strong business analysis skills, a solutions-driven mindset, and proven experience managing technology implementations in a fast-paced environment.

The Role

As an IT Delivery & Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing both strategic and tactical technology projects, ensuring successful delivery from initial discovery through to implementation. You will work closely with clients to understand requirements, coordinate internal teams, manage timelines, and ensure solutions are delivered on time and to specification.

Key Responsibilities

Project Delivery & Management

• Lead end-to-end delivery of technology and product implementation projects

• Manage project plans, timelines, milestones, and resources to ensure successful delivery

• Identify and resolve project risks, blockers, and dependencies

• Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to internal and external stakeholders

• Ensure deliverables meet agreed timelines, scope, and quality standards

Client Requirements & Solution Delivery

• Gather and analyse client requirements to support tailored solution design

• Translate business needs into clear technical and operational documentation

• Work closely with internal development and product teams to support implementation

• Support testing and quality assurance to ensure project outcomes meet expectations

Stakeholder Management

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal teams

• Act as the key point of contact throughout project lifecycles

• Communicate progress, updates, and challenges clearly across all stakeholders

• Ensure alignment between business objectives and delivery outcomes

Process Improvement & Innovation

• Support continuous improvement across delivery processes and project frameworks

• Contribute to improving internal systems, workflows, and client delivery models

• Stay up to date with technology, fintech developments, and project delivery best practice

About You

• Proven experience in IT project delivery, implementation, or product delivery roles

• Strong background in project management, business analysis, or technology delivery

• Experience managing multiple workstreams and deadlines in a fast-paced environment

• Strong understanding of agile methodologies and project delivery frameworks

• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

• Experience documenting requirements, processes, and project plans

• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail

• Self-motivated, adaptable, and solutions-focused
