Location: Hybrid – North West (2–3 days per week in office)
An established and growing digital agency specialising in web development, software solutions, and B2B performance marketing is seeking an experienced Marketing Lead to step into a Head of Marketing role with full strategic ownership.
This is a senior leadership position suited to someone who understands the commercial realities of agency life and wants broader responsibility across both client performance and agency growth.
The Role
The Head of Marketing will lead and develop the marketing function across multiple business units, driving strategy, performance, and revenue impact.
Key responsibilities include:
- Defining and delivering multi-channel B2B marketing strategies (paid media, SEO, email automation, CRO, ABM)
- Driving inbound demand generation and pipeline growth for the agency
- Overseeing CRM and marketing automation strategy (HubSpot or similar)
- Aligning marketing performance to revenue outcomes, tracking MQLs, SQLs, CAC, ROI and pipeline contribution
- Presenting performance insights and strategic recommendations to senior stakeholders
- Managing and developing a small, high-performing in-house team
The role requires both strategic thinking and hands-on oversight to ensure campaigns deliver measurable commercial results.
