We're seeking an experienced Planview Consultant or company to lead the setup and configuration of our clients Planview platform and guide them towards a clear, structured Project Portfolio Management (PPM) vision. This is a consultancy to turn complexity into clarity, and scattered efforts into a well-aligned roadmap.

Scope:
You'll work directly with clients leadership, PMO, and IT teams to establish a cohesive Planview environment that addresses current challenges, delivers tangible value, and sets up for long-term success.

Key Challenges:

• Unclear Vision for PPM Architecture:Shape a clear vision for our desired PPM architecture and define which Planview products best align with our goals.
• Ad-Hoc Engagement & Disconnected Roadmap:Establish a structured, shared roadmap to replace current fragmented approach, ensuring requirements are tackled in a cohesive order.
• Overwhelming Scope Without Prioritisation:Implement a prioritised delivery model that matches capacity for adopting new methods without overwhelming teams.
• Terminology Misalignment:Create common definitions-particularly around concepts like value streams-so solutions match actual needs.

Deliverables:

• Configure and customize Planview modules to align with agreed architecture.
• Lead workshops with stakeholders to define requirements and create a shared roadmap.
• Integrate relevant data and design workflows, reporting dashboards, and portfolio structures.
• Provide best-practice guidance for PPM processes within Planview.
• Deliver training, user guides, and adoption strategies.
• Troubleshoot configuration issues during rollout.

Skills required:

• Proven success in Planview implementation and configuration.
• Strong grasp of PPM best practices, value stream mapping, and business process alignment.
• Skilled in facilitating stakeholder workshops and building consensus.
• Excellent communication and documentation abilities.
