Your Mission:

As an AI Analyst, your mission would be to explore the vast landscape of emerging AI technologies and work with in-house teams to identify the most powerful tools to drive the business forward. You will collaborate with teams across the company—from marketing and customer service to logistics and design—to understand their challenges and champion AI-driven solutions that deliver measurable results.

You will help investigate how AI can:

• Power Personalised Marketing at Scale: Develop strategies to personalise outreach and product recommendations across our enormous and diverse UK customer base.
• Enhance Digital Experiences: Explore AI-powered visual search, intelligent chatbots, and generative AI to make our multi-brand platform the most intuitive in the industry.
• Turn Data into Insight: Help analyse complex sales, customer, and market data to uncover trends and provide actionable insights that support strategic decision-making across the business.
• Unlock Creative Efficiency: Research tools that can generate high-quality visual assets and marketing copy, helping us showcase thousands of products more effectively.

Who You Are:

• An individual with a qualification in a relevant field like Computer Science, Data Science, or Business & Technology.
• Experience of using AI tools to enhance traditional data analysis
• A natural self-starter, endlessly curious about the latest tech trends and their practical applications.
• An analytical problem-solver who can evaluate tools objectively and build a compelling, data-supported business case.
• A confident communicator, able to present your strategic recommendations clearly to senior leaders.
