Scrum Master

We are seeking a certified SCRUM Master to play a pivotal role in delivering high-impact technical projects across our application support teams. This is an exciting opportunity to lead the delivery of innovative solutions across applications, SAP, and data/insight projects, working closely with a team of talented IT professionals.

What You Will Do:

As an Agile Delivery Manager, you will be at the heart of our technical delivery. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Manage and facilitate the flow of work through our application support teams using Agile practices such as Scrum and Lean Kanban.
• Oversee the end-to-end delivery of technical projects, ensuring effective planning, risk management, and stakeholder collaboration.
• Foster a culture of learning by looking at previous failures, lessons learned, and process enhancements.

What You Will NOT Do:

• Line Management: This role focuses on delivery leadership and does not include direct line management responsibilities.

What You Bring:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and results-driven professional with the following skills and experience:

• At least three years of experience in Agile project management (Scrum, Lean Kanban, or similar frameworks).
• Proven experience managing the delivery of technical IT projects.
• Strong skills in coaching, facilitating discussions, and communicating complex technical information clearly.
• Stakeholder Management: Ability to work with cross-functional teams and manage competing priorities effectively.

Desirable Skills:

• SAP Experience: Exposure to SAP development and/or managing SAP-related projects.
• Curiosity for Technology: A keen interest in emerging technologies and the ability to learn quickly! THIS IS KEY!
