Security Architect

We are currently searching for 2 x Security Architects for several major transformation programmes across our client who operate in the financial services industry.

These are high profile enterprise environments investing heavily in modernisation, security architecture and Zero Trust transformation initiatives.

The programmes are focused on:

  • Enterprise scale cloud security transformation
  • Secure landing zone design and implementation
  • Zero Trust architecture strategy
  • Governance and control frameworks
  • Security architecture for cloud native platforms
  • Container and Kubernetes security
  • SIEM and security monitoring transformation
  • Identity centric security architecture
  • Regulatory and compliance driven cloud remediation programmes

Successful contractors will play a key role in defining and implementing strategic security architecture across complex enterprise estates.

This will involve:

  • Designing secure cloud reference architectures
  • Reviewing and improving existing cloud security posture
  • Working closely with engineering and infrastructure leadership teams
  • Driving security best practice across large scale transformation programmes
  • Supporting architecture governance and design authority functions
  • Advising on risk, resilience and security strategy
  • Aligning security controls with regulatory frameworks and enterprise standards

Previous experience within Banking, Insurance, Trading or highly regulated enterprise organisations is strongly preferred.

These opportunities offer the chance to work on some of the most significant cloud and cyber security programmes currently underway within the Financial Services sector.
