Security Manager

Security Manager (Critical Infrastructure) We’re supporting a leading organisation within critical infrastructure to recruit an experienced Security Manager. This is a key role focused on protecting essential services, driving regulatory compliance, and strengthening cyber resilience across complex operational environments. What you’ll be doing: Leading the implementation and management of regulatory security frameworks Acting as the main point of contact for regulators and external authorities Identifying, assessing and mitigating cyber security risks across IT and OT environments Overseeing incident response, reporting and continuous improvement activities Promoting security awareness and best practice across the wider business Supporting audits, assurance programmes and compliance reporting What we’re looking for: Proven experience in a cyber security role within critical infrastructure, utilities, energy or similar sectors Strong understanding of regulatory compliance and security frameworks Knowledge of both IT and Operational Technology (OT) environments Experience managing security incidents and risk assessments Confident stakeholder engagement skills Relevant certifications (e.g. CISSP, CISM, ISO 27001) desirable Why apply: Opportunity to play a key role in protecting essential services High-impact position with organisation-wide visibility Supportive environment with ongoing investment in se...
