Junior Technical Support
We are electrical services provider working with the government and private organisations on social housing and public services programmes. This role comprises of compiling, organising and analysing large sets of mostly financial data as well as some light IT support work.
Responsibilities
- Import and export data from various applications and portals.
- Generate and submit applications for payments following client specific instructions.
- Clean up and sanitise data received from external sources before importing it into company systems.
- Resolve or redirect customer queries.
- Assist with setting up digital assets such as computers and mobile phones.
- Interact with IT team to set up and help users resolve issues.
- Manage multiple mailboxes.
Essential Requirements
- Comfortable using Microsoft Windows PCs.
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office.
- Eagerness to learn new and very useful skills.
- Punctuality, dependability and good time management skills.
Desirable Requirements
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Intermediate to advanced general IT Skills.
- Some experience in financial administration.
- Some experience in IT support role
