IT Helpdesk Apprentice

We are now looking for an eager candidate to join us as an apprentice. You will have the opportunity to gain valuable skills, knowledge and experience as you complete an IT systems and networking - Azure Cloud Support Specialist - Level 3 Apprenticeship. Duties will be varied and discussed upon interview.

Role

Duties: 

  • Resolve network, hardware and software issues 
  • Set up firewalls to safeguard IT systems, troubleshoot system and network problems 
  • Diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults 

Training

Information communications technician Level 3 (A level) Standard 
Functional skills in English and maths if required.

  • Gain an Azure Fundamentals Qualification and a Microsoft 365 fundamentals qualification 
  • Get an introduction to Windows, Linux, and PowerShell

You will gain experience in the role to become a long-term employee with the business upon successfully completing the apprenticeship.
