Job Summary:

As a ServiceNow Sales Consultant at NTT DATA Business Solutions, you will be responsible for driving the growth of our ServiceNow practice across the UK market. This is a highly commercial, business development-focused role cantered on winning new business within Mid-Market and Commercial organisations, whilst also leveraging NTT DATA Business Solutions’ established install base to identify and develop new ServiceNow opportunities.

We are seeking a proactive, driven, and entrepreneurial sales professional with a proven track record of generating net-new business and building strong relationships across the ServiceNow ecosystem. The successful candidate will be comfortable creating opportunities from scratch, engaging prospective customers, and leading complex sales engagements involving both ServiceNow licensing and professional services.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a hunting environment, enjoys opening new doors, and is motivated by building pipeline, winning new customers, and contributing to the growth of a rapidly expanding ServiceNow practice.

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a targeted sales strategy focused on acquiring new ServiceNow customers across Mid-Market and Commercial organisations throughout the UK.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities through proactive business development activities, including cold outreach, networking, referrals, partner engagement, social selling, and industry events.
  • Identify, engage, and influence key stakeholders and decision-makers across prospective customers, including CIOs, IT Directors, Heads of Service Management, Operations Leaders, and business executives.
  • Generate net-new business opportunities while also identifying cross-sell and expansion opportunities within NTT DATA Business Solutions’ existing install base.
  • Lead the full sales lifecycle from prospecting and discovery through to proposal, negotiation, contract execution, and handover to delivery teams.
  • Position and sell ServiceNow software licensing alongside implementation, advisory, managed services, and digital transformation offerings.
  • Develop a strong understanding of customer business challenges and align ServiceNow solutions to deliver measurable operational and commercial outcomes.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships within the ServiceNow ecosystem, including Partner Managers, Alliance teams, Account Executives, Solution Consultants, and other key stakeholders to maximise collaboration and co-sell opportunities.
  • Work closely with internal consulting, delivery, marketing, and leadership teams to develop customer-focused propositions and go-to-market initiatives.
  • Prepare and deliver high-quality customer presentations, proposals, business cases, and commercial responses.
  • Accurately manage sales activity, pipeline progression, forecasting, and opportunity tracking through CRM systems.
  • Represent NTT DATA Business Solutions at ServiceNow events, industry conferences, customer meetings, and networking opportunities.
  • Consistently achieve and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets while contributing to the ongoing growth and success of the ServiceNow practice.

Required Skills/Abilities:

  • Proven experience selling ServiceNow solutions within a partner, reseller, consultancy, or professional services environment.
  • Demonstrable success generating net-new business and building sales pipelines through proactive prospecting, networking, and business development activities.
  • Experience selling both software licensing and professional services engagements.
  • Strong understanding of the Mid-Market and Commercial customer landscape.
  • Existing relationships and network within the ServiceNow ecosystem would be highly advantageous.
  • Proven ability to develop opportunities through both direct prospecting and partner-led sales motions.
  • Experience managing complex solution sales involving multiple stakeholders and decision-makers.
  • A true hunter mentality with a passion for identifying, developing, and winning new business opportunities.
  • Comfortable opening new doors, creating opportunities from scratch, and building long-term customer relationships.
  • Commercially astute with the ability to identify, qualify, progress, and close revenue-generating opportunities.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Self-motivated, resilient, and comfortable operating within a highly target-driven sales environment.
  • Strong organisational, forecasting, and pipeline management skills, with experience using CRM platforms to manage sales activity.
  • Ambitious, entrepreneurial, and excited by the opportunity to help grow and shape a successful ServiceNow practice.
  • Willingness to travel across the UK to support customer, partner, and business engagements.
