The ideal candidate will be responsible for SAP PR1 production support, system enhancements, integration initiatives, and project delivery while providing functional expertise for SAP S/4HANA transformation programs. This role requires strong business process knowledge, hands-on SAP FICO configuration experience, and the ability to collaborate effectively with global stakeholders across Finance and IT organizations.Key ResponsibilitiesSAP Production SupportProvide Level 2/Level 3 service desk support for the SAP PR1 environment, ensuring timely resolution of incidents, defects, and service requests.Perform root cause analysis and implement sustainable solutions to minimize recurring issues.Monitor system performance and proactively identify opportunities for process and system improvements.Partner with business users to understand issues and deliver effective solutions aligned with business requirements.SAP System EnhancementsLead the design, configuration, testing, and deployment of small to medium-sized SAP FICO enhancements within the SAP PR1 landscape.Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications and solution designs.Collaborate with ABAP developers, integration teams, and business stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of enhancements.Ensure compliance with SAP best practices, governance standards, and change management processes.Integration SupportSupport and maintain integrations between SAP PR1 and other financial solutions within the Thermo Fisher ecosystem.Troubleshoot interface issues and coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless data flow and financial process continuity.Participate in the design and implementation of new integrations while ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and compliance.Work with middleware and integration teams to support end-to-end financial processes.Project Delivery & GBS SupportSupport Global Business Services (GBS) projects, particularly medium-sized initiatives focused on integrating SAP PR1 with new financial platforms.Participate in project planning, requirements gathering, solution design, testing, deployment, and hypercare activities.Provide subject matter expertise in SAP Finance processes and system capabilities.Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure successful project outcomes.SAP S/4HANA Transformation ProgramsProvide functional consulting support for SAP S/4HANA transformation and modernization initiatives.Advise project teams on finance process design, SAP best practices, and S/4HANA capabilities.Support fit-gap assessments, solution validation, testing, and migration activities where applicable.Contribute expertise to strategic SAP programs and identify opportunities for process optimization and standardization.Required QualificationsBachelor's degree in Information Technology, Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.10+ years of hands-on SAP FICO consulting experience, including production support, enhancements, and project delivery.5+ years of strong expertise in SAP FI modules including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Asset Accounting (AA), Bank Accounting, and Financial Closing processes.5+ years of strong expertise in SAP CO modules including Cost Center Accounting, Internal Orders, Profit Center Accounting, and Product Costing.5+ years of proven experience supporting and managing SAP integrations with enterprise financial systems.5+ years of experience working on SAP implementation, upgrade, enhancement, and integration projects.Strong understanding of financial business processes and accounting principles.Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.Strong communication and stakeholder management capabilities, with experience working in global environments.Preferred QualificationsExperience with SAP S/4HANA implementations, migrations, or support projects.SAP FICO Certification preferred.Experience with SAP Central Finance, SAP BPC, Group Reporting, or related finance solutions is an advantage.Knowledge of integration technologies and middleware platforms.Familiarity with ITIL processes and service management frameworks.Experience working within large multinational organizations and shared services environments.Key CompetenciesSAP FICO Functional LeadershipFinancial Process ExpertiseProduction Support & Incident ManagementIntegration ManagementRequirements Analysis & Solution DesignProject Delivery & Stakeholder ManagementSAP S/4HANA Transformation SupportProcess Improvement & OptimizationCross-Functional CollaborationStrong Communication and Documentation SkillsAbout NTT DATANTT DATA is a $30 billion business and technology services leader, serving 75% of the Fortune Global 100.
