Digital Product and Delivery Officer

Job summary

The Digital Product and Delivery Officer will work in a supportive role to the Digital Product and Delivery team, to support the implementation and maintenance of a range of digital solutions. This is an entry level position, with opportunity for training and development.

Main duties of the job

The post holder will be responsible for supporting implementation tasks such as building, testing, training and supporting end users on digital solutions.

With guidance from the Digital Product and Delivery teams, they will assist with technical change requests, incident management, system maintenance and system upgrade work to ensure systems are managed and maintained safely.

Pay: Band B (£15.13 per hour)

Please note that all jobs will be appointed on the NTW Solutions Limited terms and conditions (not NHS/A4C terms).

If you currently work for NTW Solutions on AfC terms and conditions, you will be given the choice to retain these or move onto NTW Solutions terms and conditions. Please note that the above advertised salary will not apply if you choose to remain on AfC.

Anyone currently paying into the NHS Pension scheme will be able to retain this.

Experience

Essential
  • Experience of delivering customer service
Desirable
  • Experience of digital configuration, testing and training

Skills and Knowledge

Essential
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills with a high standard of accuracy
  • Ability to understand, absorb and comply with detailed procedures
  • Able to manage more than one task at a time ensuring queries are resolved or escalated in an appropriate manner
  • Ability to work successfully with a broad range of agencies including clinical staff, system suppliers and digital professionals
  • Ability to support system related incidents by identifying, registering and gather information regarding the issue
  • Awareness of user experience
  • Knowledge of some principles of change management within an organisation
  • Knowledge of Microsoft applications, such as Word and Excel
  • Awareness of problem resolution processes
  • Awareness of Clinical Safety within healthcare systems and Information Governance standards to resolve system issues involving these concepts
Desirable
  • Knowledge of Project Management principles
  • Knowledge of a range of digital solutions and systems

Education and Qualifications

Essential
  • Educated to A-Level/ NVQ Level 3, or equivalent (or with relevant experience). Post is suitable for degree apprentices providing the subject area of the degree is relevant to the post
