Account Director – Managed Services

Location:- Remote

Salary:- £65-75k + Car Allowance + Uncapped OTE

We’re looking for a senior Account Director to drive growth across an established customer base, with a focus on Contact Centre (CCaaS), Unified Communications (UCaaS), cybersecurity, and managed network services.

This role is ideal for someone who blends strategic sales leadership with a strong understanding of modern communications platforms, secure networking, and cloud-based service delivery within MSP or BPO environments.

The Opportunity

You’ll act as a trusted advisor to customers, helping them modernise their customer experience, collaboration, and security capabilities, while identifying opportunities to expand services across a multi-disciplinary technology portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and grow strategic accounts, driving upsell and cross-sell opportunities across CCaaS, UCaaS, cyber, and networking solutions
  • Translate business and operational requirements into integrated, outcome-driven solutions, including:
  • CCaaS platforms (omnichannel contact centres, AI-driven CX, workforce optimisation)
  • UCaaS solutions (cloud telephony, collaboration, hybrid working enablement)
  • Cybersecurity services (SOC, XDR, identity & Zero Trust)
  • Managed networking (SD-WAN, SASE, secure hybrid connectivity)
  • Provide thought leadership across customer experience, collaboration, and secure infrastructure design
  • Work closely with pre-sales, architects, and delivery teams to ensure end-to-end solution success
  • Build strong relationships with technology partners to create compelling, differentiated propositions
  • Lead account strategy aligned to customer business goals, digital transformation, and user experience

What We’re Looking For

A commercially driven Account Director with a proven track record in high-value, multi-solution sales, particularly across CCaaS, UCaaS, and managed services.

Experience & Expertise

  • Strong knowledge of:
  • CCaaS ecosystems (customer journey, omnichannel engagement, AI/automation)
  • UCaaS platforms (enterprise voice, collaboration tools, cloud communications)
  • Cybersecurity and secure access models (Zero Trust, SASE)
  • Enterprise networking (WAN, SD-WAN, cloud networking)
  • Experience selling into enterprise and/or public sector organisations
  • Ability to position complex, multi-vendor solutions in a clear, business-value-led way
