Data Technician Apprentice - Sales Department
Ready to kick-start your career in data? As a Data Technician you’ll manage customer information, maintain our CRM, support the sales team and turn data into useful insights that help drive customer satisfaction and business performance.
Role
- Assist the sales team with face-to-face customer visits, phone calls, and digital lead responses.
- Maintain accurate customer records within the CRM system.
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports for the Head of Sales.
- Prepare, process, and check sales contracts and vehicle paperwork.
- Support lead generation campaigns to bring in new business.
- Carry out general administrative duties to keep the showroom floor running smoothly.
