Project Manager - Warehousing & Logistics
We're looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead delivery within a major Warehousing & Logistics transformation programme. You'll manage end-to-end projects, engage stakeholders, handle suppliers and ensure solutions land effectively across the business.
What you'll do:
- Lead delivery from initiation to closure across warehouse, logistics and supply-chain projects.
- Shape early project definitions, impacts and estimates.
- Manage stakeholders and third-party suppliers, ensuring strong communication and a positive, solution-focused approach.
- Maintain accurate project plans (scope, schedule, cost, resources) and provide clear reporting.
- Champion best-practice governance across Agile, Waterfall and hybrid delivery.
- Motivate and guide cross-functional project teams.
What you'll bring:
- Experience delivering WMS/OMS and supply-chain/logistics projects.
- ERP implementation experience (ideally Dynamics 365).
- Strong planning, analysis and reporting skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder-management ability.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and working in Agile/Hybrid/Waterfall environments.
- PM qualification (e.g., Prince2, APM, AgilePM).
Desirable:
- Online retail or pure-play e-commerce experience.
- Lean/Six Sigma or process-optimisation background.
- Broader understanding of ERP/SCM/WMS/OMS systems.
Other details:
- Must be able to commute to Bradford; occasional UK travel.
