Our client is looking for a talented Account Manager to join their growing team in Leeds. If you enjoy building strong client relationships, driving growth, and acting as a trusted advisor—this could be a great fit.
What you’ll be doing:
• Managing and nurturing a portfolio of client accounts to drive long-term success
• Identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities and owning the full sales cycle
• Leading executive business reviews to showcase value and ROI
• Acting as the voice of the customer internally, collaborating with cross-functional teams
• Maintaining accurate CRM records and forecasting renewals and growth opportunities
What we’re looking for:
• Experience in Account Management or Customer Success (ideally within SaaS)
• A strong track record of hitting or exceeding revenue targets
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Confidence in negotiating and closing deals
• Tech-savvy, with CRM experience (Salesforce is a plus)
• Self-motivated, organised, and able to manage your own portfolio
