Our Digital Workplace Experience Team is on a mission to create beautifully simple, empowering digital tools that help our teams across restaurants and Central Support thrive every day.

Were looking for a Senior Software Engineer (React Native + Node.js) who shares our values and wants to make meaningful impact creating tools that support real people, not just users.

What youll be doing

As part of our close-knit team, youll:

• Shape and deliver new features within our existing React Native mobile app , improving how Nandocas connect, communicate, and engage.
• Integrate existing systems and APIs into a seamless employee experience.
• Build and enhance Node.js (Express) APIs, deployed as Docker containers.
• Write clean, tested, maintainable code with unit, integration, and end-to-end tests that ensure quality and confidence.
• Contribute to and extend our Storybook design system built from Figma.
• Work hands-on with Bitrise, Fastlane, Firebase , and deploy APIs using Terraform and GCP .
• Adopt and shape our AI Specification-Driven Development approach blending creativity and precision.
• Collaborate, document, and share knowledge to empower future engineers.

Who you are

Youre more than just a coder youre a builder, collaborator, and problem-solver who cares about the people behind the tech. Youll bring:

• Deep expertise in React Native and Node.js / Express .
• A track record of delivering mobile apps to App Store and Google Play .
• Experience creating storybook components from Figma designs .
• Comfort deploying to cloud environments (ideally GCP) using Terraform .
• A proactive, open-minded attitude willing to explore new approaches like AI-driven development .
• (Bonus) Familiarity with Claude CLI , Atlassian , Figma , Storybook , or Context7 MCPs .
