About the Role

We're looking for a curious and motivated Junior AI Developer to help build and improve AI-powered phone and voice agents. This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their career who wants hands-on experience working with real-world AI systems, including prompt design, conversational flows, and AI integrations.

You'll work closely with senior developers and AI specialists, gaining exposure to conversational AI, large language models, and production systems while contributing to customer-facing solutions.

What You'll Do

• Assist in building and maintaining AI phone and voice agents.
• Help create, test, and refine AI prompts and conversation flows.
• Monitor AI agent performance and help improve accuracy, tone, and user experience.
• Support integrations between AI services, telephony platforms, and backend systems.
• Assist with testing, debugging, and documenting AI-related features.
• Learn and apply best practices in conversational AI and prompt engineering.

What We're Looking For

• Early-career developer or recent graduate with a strong interest in AI and conversational systems.
• Basic programming experience (Python, JavaScript, or similar).
• Familiarity with APIs and simple backend integrations.
• Strong written communication skills and attention to detail (important for prompt work).
• Willingness to learn, experiment, and take feedback.
• Comfortable working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Nice to Have

• Exposure to AI tools, LLMs, or chatbot/voice platforms.
• Experience with telephony systems or voice applications (e.g., Twilio, VoIP).
• Basic understanding of NLP or conversational UX.
• Experience writing structured prompts or conversation scripts.
