We're launching the 2026 cohort of the Nascent Associates Programme — a structured pathway for AI solution architects who want to get ahead of the curve on Claude.
The programme is invite only. We're selectively expanding our base right now to meet a significant backlog of Claude work and growing enterprise demand — and we're looking for the right people to grow with us.
We're looking for:
Solution architects, AI engineers and technical consultants who are ready to invest in deep Claude expertise and join a growing network of specialists delivering enterprise AI projects.
As a Nascent Associate, you'll:
- Train on the full Claude stack — Claude Agent SDK, Claude Code, Model Context Protocol (MCP), prompt engineering, and production-grade context management
- Join a certified contractor network and access a pipeline of enterprise clients
- Work flexibly — engage on projects that suit your availability, at competitive day rates, through your own entity
You will undergo an exam which assesses practical decision-making across five domains:
- Agent architecture & orchestration
- Tool design & MCP integration
- Claude Code configuration & CI/CD workflows
- Prompt engineering & structured output
- Context management & reliability
Nascent will cover the cost of all training and certification in full. There is no obligation to associate once qualified — that decision is entirely yours.
Ideal candidates have at least 6 months of hands-on Claude experience — but if you're newer to the ecosystem and motivated to learn, we want to hear from you too.
This isn't employment. It's a certified specialist network — with real projects, real clients, and real commercial upside.
