Are you a strategic thinker with a passion for claims advocacy and client success? We’re looking for a Claims Manager to join a dynamic team, managing high-profile and complex Cyber claims.

This is a client-facing role where you'll leverage your expertise in insurance policy analysis, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement to drive optimal outcomes throughout the claims lifecycle.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Lead the proactive management of complex claims, identifying coverage issues early and resolving them collaboratively.
  • Present claims information to clients and insurers, ensuring clarity and responsiveness.
  • Build strong relationships with clients, insurers, and experts
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support renewals, reporting, and financial processes.
  • Stay current with market developments and internal systems.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 4+ years’ experience in claims handling
  • Strong understanding of Cyber claims.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Team-oriented and eager to grow professionally.
  • Professional qualifications (e.g., DIP CII or ACII) are a plus but not essential.
