Join us as a Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant

  • You'll be part of newly created Wealth Engagement Platform team in Natwest's Wealth Chief Digital Information office (WCDIO)
  • You'll take an active part in the design and implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 as a new CRM system with a specific focus on the Coutts business, also leveraging Power Platforms, and where relevant Copilot and agentic AI capabilities

What you'll do

In your new role, in line with the overarching Wealth strategy, you'll be accountable for understanding and challenging business needs across multiple client journeys, acting as a thought partner to the business, leveraging Dynamics 365 (D365) and Power Platform out-of-the box components as much as possible. You'll be responsible for producing business requirements underpinning future state re-engineered and streamlined processes, focusing on data and capabilities re-use.

In the course of your work, we'll also look to you to build, manage and maintain a positive working relationship with frontline and operational business colleagues, technology teams in WCDIO and in the rest of Natwest Group, aiming to re-use existing patterns and components when relevant.

You'll also be:

  • Building strong relationships with stakeholders across WCDIO, Coutts, and the wider NatWest Group and collaborating with fellow consultants to drive large-scale transformation, process redesign, and automation
  • Acting as a thought partner to the business, understanding complex needs across multiple client journeys
  • Leading workshops to capture and validate business and system requirements aligned with strategic goals and producing future-state business requirements focused on data and low-code capabilities
  • Creating prototypes, diagrams, and storyboards to engage stakeholders and gather feedback
  • Configuring D365 and Power Platform components to meet evolving client and colleague needs
  • Supporting user acceptance testing, train key users, and champion adoption
The skills you'll need

We'll look to you to bring a good understanding of Agile values, principles and methodologies with experience of working within cross-functional global Agile teams. Additionally, you'll need to hold an appropriate business analyst certification.

You'll also need deep knowledge of Dynamics 365 and Power Platform with hands-on experience of model-driven apps, such as tables, relationships, forms, columns, business rules, workflows and security.

You'll also need:

  • Proven business analysis expertise in relevant tools and techniques
  • Hands-on experience of Power Automate, Canvas apps, Custom Pages and Power Pages
  • Experience of Confluence and Jira
  • Good communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to your peers and management level colleagues
  • Good collaboration and stakeholder management skills
