Hours of Work: Full time, Fixed term contract

As a Business Analyst, you will play a vital role in supporting the development and delivery of software solutions that optimise our business operations. You will work closely with stakeholders and technical teams, analysing requirements, documenting processes, and ensuring projects meet strategic goals. Your expertise will help shape project scopes, facilitate agile development, and improve organisational practices, making a tangible difference across the organisation.

Business Analyst Duties include eliciting and analysing business requirements, supporting process improvements, collaborating with stakeholders, and providing technical and functional documentation. You will also participate in backlog refinement, sprint planning, and contribute to maintaining high standards within the organisation’s IT projects.

Business Analyst Requirements:

1. Flexible problem-solving approach with the ability to conduct research and analyse issues effectively.
2. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, with excellent organisational skills.
3. Strong stakeholder engagement skills to ensure products meet their intended purposes.
4. Good knowledge of Agile Development Methodologies and experience as a Business Analyst.
5. Educational background with a tertiary qualification in Commerce, IT, Engineering or Management.
