The Programme Manager will lead multi-disciplinary projects spanning hardware, firmware, mobile software, and global logistics. You'll collaborate with product and engineering leaders, manage supplier relationships, driving end-to-end delivery — from concept to field deployment. It's a high-impact role where technology meets purpose.

The Programme Manager will:

  • Coordinate cross-functional delivery across product, engineering, software, operations and supply-chain teams
  • Align programme plans with business goals and product roadmaps
  • Own the execution lifecycle from planning to post-deployment support
  • Drive supplier/manufacturer coordination
  • Build governance, reporting, and stakeholder comms across global teams

You will need:

  • Proven track record managing complex engineering programmes (hardware + software + supply chain)
  • Strong organisational and communication skills across diverse teams and time-zones
  • Experience with OEMs/manufacturers (components, logistics, quality)
  • Technical understanding of hardware/firmware/software integration
  • Ability to prioritise across multiple concurrent workstreams in a fast-paced scale-up
