Senior Recruitment Consultant – Technology
- Salary - £38,000 - £45000
- Location - Altrincham (3 days per week onsite)
NearTech Search partners with UK scale-ups and high-growth technology businesses to help them hire critical talent quickly and effectively. We focus on senior and specialist hires across engineering, data, cloud and AI - supporting companies through periods of growth, transformation, and change.
We’re looking for a (360) Senior Recruiter who wants more control over what they build and ownership of the full recruitment process (establishing your own candidate and client network), but also values having the right level of support and direction to improve performance and billing.
The Role will involve
- Win and develop client relationships within high-growth tech markets
- Deliver on roles through a headhunting-led approach
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from brief through to offer
- Build a strong candidate network and carve out a niche tech market.
- Represent NearTech in the market through consistent, credible communication and networking

What We’re Looking For
- 2–4 years’ experience in a 360 tech recruitment role
- Evidence of winning new business and building out a successful market
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- A consistent work ethic and ability to manage your own time
