Nebuly sells enterprise. Our pilots are the moment of truth: this is where deals are won or lost .

Your mission is to take the Nebuly product and translate it into the customer’s enterprise reality —their business topology, data, KPIs, infrastructure constraints, and stakeholder dynamics—so that pilots turn into long-term contracts.

As a Solution Architect (Forward Deployed) , you will own the technical + product success of pilots end-to-end. You’ll be the person who:

• deeply understands the customer’s business KPIs,
• translates them into what Nebuly should calculate,
• orchestrates data + infra setup,
• drives weekly value delivery,
• and ensures every pilot lands in a signed contract and money in the bank .

Pilot ownership (your core mission)

• Partner with the customer champion to understand exactly which KPIs matter for their business, their org topology, and the insights Nebuly must compute.
• Define with the champion which data must be sent to Nebuly (tags, formats, business logic, governance).
• Orchestrate the infra deployment with our infra team to ensure a clean and secure setup.
• Coordinate with engineering once data arrives to validate correctness and ensure AI insights match the customer KPIs.
• Run pilot kickoff (workspace setup, user provisioning, onboarding).
• Lead weekly stakeholder calls to show value, collect feedback, and align internal teams on any pilot customizations.
• Track pilot health, manage risks early, and ensure every stakeholder has a positive experience throughout the pilot.
• Build repeatable pilot playbooks and feed learnings back into product roadmap.

Cross-functional execution

• Act as the glue between Sales, Engineering, AI, and the customer.
• Raise signals early when a pilot needs product changes, data fixes, or stakeholder escalation.
• Help standardize what’s reusable across customers, turning “one-offs” into productized patterns.

• 3+ years experience in one of: Solutions Architecture, Forward Deployed Engineering or Enterprise Implementation .
• Strong technical fluency: you can reason about data pipelines, APIs, cloud deployments, LLM systems , and analytics stacks.
• Proven ability to work directly with enterprise customers, including senior stakeholders.
• Comfortable translating ambiguous business goals into measurable KPIs and technical requirements.
• Clear communicator in English, written and spoken.
• Bias for speed, ownership, and customer impact.
