Junior D-Commerce Content Manager

Location: Kingston upon Thames, London

About the Role

We are looking for a Junior D-Commerce Content Manager to support the creation, management and optimisation of digital content across UK and European markets.

You will work with eCommerce, Marketing, Brand and external agency teams to ensure product content is accurate, engaging and optimised for digital commerce.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone with 8 - 12 months of experience in digital content, eCommerce or digital marketing who wants to develop their career in D-Commerce and AI-enabled content.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the management and optimization of digital product content across a large SKU portfolio.
• Assist with content preparation for new product launches (NPD).
• Update and maintain product descriptions, imagery, attributes and other digital content.
• Support basic SEO and digital shelf optimization activities.
• Use data and content performance insights to identify improvement opportunities.
• Support the use of AI tools to create and optimize digital content.
• Coordinate with internal teams, agencies and third-party content providers.
• Maintain content trackers and ensure activities are delivered on time.
• Identify opportunities to improve content processes and efficiency.

What We're Looking For

• 8 - 12 months' experience in digital content, eCommerce, digital marketing or a related role.
• Good written communication and attention to detail.
• Basic understanding of eCommerce and digital content.
• Comfortable using Excel/Google Sheets and digital tools.
• Interest in AI, SEO and digital commerce.
• Strong organizational and stakeholder communication skills.
• A proactive attitude and willingness to learn.

Previous experience with eCommerce platforms, CMS/PIM systems, SEO or Generative AI is desirable but not essential.
