Data Analyst

You’ll work with different teams across the business to manage, analyze, and improve data. The role focuses on building reports, ensuring data quality, and supporting banking products with reliable data insights.

Key Responsibilities

• Work with teams to understand requirements and deliver reports/insights
• Build and improve data pipelines and reporting solutions
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and quality
• Automate processes to improve efficiency and reduce manual work
• Fix data issues and discrepancies in reports
• Present data insights using clear reports and visualizations
• Support teams with data analysis for testing and investigations
• Follow data governance and compliance standards
• Deliver reporting solutions using modern cloud technologies

Required Skills

• Experience in data analysis / reporting / BI roles
• Strong knowledge of SQL and databases
• Understanding of handling large data sets efficiently
• Experience with testing (unit, integration, etc.)
• Familiarity with data formats like JSON, Avro, Parquet
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to explain complex data in simple terms
• Strong attention to detail and communication skills

Nice to Have

• Experience in banking or regulated industries
• Knowledge of ETL and data warehousing
• Understanding of data streaming / event-driven systems
• Experience with Python for data analysis
• Familiarity with AWS cloud and data governance
