Role: Full Stack Software Engineer

Location: Bournemouth, UK ( 5 days per week in the office)

Type: Contract Inside IR35 / Permanent

Exp: 7+ Years

Requirements:

Required skills/experience

• Strong full stack engineering background with deep expertise in Java and Spring/Spring Boot
• Hands-on experience with cloud technologies (preference for AWS)
• Experience using AI-assisted developer tools to improve engineering productivity (preference for agentic AI exposure)
• Solid data analysis skills and comfort working with data-driven applications

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and troubleshoot software solutions for complex business and technical problems
• Apply sound engineering judgment and innovative thinking to deliver solutions beyond standard patterns when needed

Contribute to technical architecture and design/build resilient microservices (scalability, reliability, maintainability
