Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and architecture of ServiceNow HRSD solutions for large-scale implementations.

• Provide thought leadership on ServiceNow capabilities, roadmap, and integration strategies.
• Ensure compliance with governance standards and optimize platform performance.

Required Skills & Experience

• Proven experience as a ServiceNow Architect , with a strong focus on HRSD .
• In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow platform architecture, integrations, and workflows.
• Experience in global consulting or enterprise environments.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• ServiceNow certifications (e.g., Certified Implementation Specialist – HRSD, Certified Application Developer) are highly desirable.
