Job Title: ServiceNow Developer
Location: London (Hybrid/On-site as required)
Contract Length: 6 Months
Rate: Competitive (Inside/Outside IR35 - DOE)

Overview:
We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer for a 6-month contract based in London. The role will focus on developing, configuring, and supporting ServiceNow applications to meet business requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and configure ServiceNow solutions across core modules

• Build and maintain workflows, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, and integrations

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions

• Support platform enhancements, upgrades, and ongoing maintenance

• Troubleshoot and resolve ServiceNow-related issues and defects

• Ensure development aligns with ServiceNow best practices and governance standards

• Produce clear technical documentation where required

Key Skills & Experience:

• Proven experience as a ServiceNow Developer in a commercial environment

• Strong hands-on experience with JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting

• Experience with one or more ServiceNow modules (e.g. ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM)

• Experience with REST/SOAP integrations and APIs

• Good understanding of ServiceNow architecture and data model

• Ability to work independently in a contract role

Desirable:

• ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CAD, or module-specific)

• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments

• Previous contract experience within large or complex organisations
