Overview:
We are working with a growing consultancy that delivers services to multiple companies across its wider group. They are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Platform Owner to take full ownership of the ServiceNow platform, defining and delivering the platform strategy while ensuring it supports business growth across the organisation.
This is a senior role with responsibility for strategy, governance, financial management (P&L), vendor management, and the establishment of a ServiceNow Centre of Excellence (CoE).
Key Responsibilities:
Own and define the end-to-end ServiceNow platform strategy and roadmap
Act as the senior accountable owner for the ServiceNow platform across multiple business units
Establish and lead a ServiceNow Centre of Excellence (CoE), including standards, best practices, and governance
Own the ServiceNow P&L, including budgeting, forecasting, cost optimisation, and value realisation
Manage and govern third-party vendors and implementation partners
Oversee ServiceNow implementations, upgrades, and ongoing platform evolution
Define platform operating model, intake processes, prioritisation, and demand management
Ensure platform stability, scalability, security, and compliance
Engage senior stakeholders across the business to align ServiceNow capabilities with strategic objectives
Measure and report on platform performance, adoption, and ROI
Key Skills & Experience:
Proven experience in a ServiceNow Platform Owner, Product Owner, or Platform Lead role
Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture, licensing, and commercial models
Experience owning budgets and P&L within a platform or product function
Demonstrated experience building and running a ServiceNow Centre of Excellence
Strong vendor and partner management experience
Experience delivering ServiceNow in a multi-entity or consultancy environment
Excellent stakeholder management skills, including engagement at executive level
Desirable:
ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CIS, or higher-level certifications)
Experience across multiple ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, etc.)
Background in consulting or managed services environments
ITIL or similar service management qualifications
