ServiceNow Program Manager

Position Overview

Our is seeking a highly qualified ServiceNow Program Manager to oversee the strategic planning, execution, and governance of ServiceNow initiatives across the enterprise. The incumbent will be responsible for managing complex programs that enhance operational efficiency, enable digital transformation, and align with corporate objectives.

This role requires a results-oriented professional with exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills, as well as a deep understanding of the ServiceNow platform and its application to enterprise service management.

Key Responsibilities-

• Lead and manage the full lifecycle of ServiceNow programs, from strategy and design through implementation and continuous improvement.
• Partner with business and technical stakeholders to define objectives, establish priorities, and ensure alignment with strategic goals.
• Oversee multiple concurrent ServiceNow projects, ensuring adherence to scope, schedule, and budget parameters.
• Implement governance frameworks and change management processes to ensure program integrity and stakeholder engagement.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), manage risks, and provide regular executive-level reporting.
• Coordinate with internal IT teams, business units, and external vendors to ensure compliance with platform standards and best practices.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of ServiceNow releases, features, and industry trends, and advise on opportunities for innovation and optimization.

Qualifications Required-

• A minimum of 6 to 8 years of ServiceNow experience
• Consulting experience
• Proven functional experience
• Proven experience managing cross-functional teams in a complex enterprise environment.
• Strong understanding of key ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, HRSD, CSM, or GRC.
• Demonstrated proficiency in both Agile and Waterfall delivery methodologies.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
