Nigel Frank is proud to be partnering with a leading retail brand undergoing an exciting digital transformation. We are seeking a Technical Business Analyst to play a key role in the implementation of Infor Cloudsuite Fashion and support the evolution of retail technology across merchandising, warehousing, and store applications.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong analytical skills, excellent stakeholder engagement, and a background in retail or enterprise business systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the analysis, documentation, and interpretation of business requirements into technical solutions.
- Document new software functionality and business processes.
- Design and execute testing strategies for IT retail application changes.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across various business functions.
- Manage system releases, monitor updates. report issues, and oversee resolutions.
- Support IT governance, including change requests and repeatable project practices.
- Develop and maintain user documentation and training materials.
- Deliver end-user training for newly implemented features.
- Liaise with third-party vendors to ensure application performance and reliability.
- Provide senior-level support during critical business application incidents.
- Operate within an agile delivery environment, contributing to sprints, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Support broader team initiatives and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- 5+ years in a business analysis or systems analysis role, preferably within the retail sector.
- Experience with inventory, store operations, or warehousing systems is highly desirable.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities.
- Demonstrated experience in supporting or managing software development lifecycles.
- Proficient in translating complex business needs into functional specifications.
- Comfortable managing technical teams and third party vendors.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
- Proven track record of promoting business process improvements.
- Agile project experience is a plus.
- Positive, proactive mindset with a collaborative approach.
