Customer Service Administrator
We’re seeking a proactive and organised Office Administrator to support the smooth running of our business operations. The successful candidate will handle a blend of office management, administrative, and customer support duties, assisting both the Director and Sales team. You’ll play a key role in ensuring the office runs efficiently and that clients and suppliers receive exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities- Oversee general office management duties
- Provide administrative support to the Finance team
- Act as first-line customer support
- Assist with account management and customer proposals
- Manage orders and CRM data entry
- Provide PA support to the Director and Sales team
- Handle basic HR tasks, including record-keeping and scheduling reviews
- Highly motivated with a positive, proactive approach
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Adobe and CRM experience desirable)
- Excellent time management and ability to prioritise effectively
- Confident communicating with clients and suppliers
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Keen to develop and grow within the business
- Telecoms/IT sector experience is advantageous but not essential
