Internal Sales Manager
Purpose of the Role
To drive revenue growth from within the company’s existing customer base, combining internal account development with proactive outbound sales campaigns. This role will manage inbound sales requests, carry out product demos, and support new service rollouts such as Mobile, WhatsApp and CRM integration solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Internal Requests (20–25%)
- Manage existing customer requests for service changes or add-ons.
- Quote and fulfil small-scale upgrades (users, mobiles, Wi-Fi points, licences, etc.).
- Liaise with provisioning and engineering teams to ensure smooth delivery.
- Raise chargeable work and update CRM records accurately.
Outbound Sales (75–80%)
- Run proactive campaigns around key services (Mobile, Fibre, WhatsApp, CRM integration, IT).
- Engage warm and semi-warm leads from the customer base.
- Deliver professional product demonstrations, particularly for new or bespoke solutions.
- Collect data on contract terms, network providers, renewal dates, and pain points.
- Close smaller opportunities directly or hand over larger ones to account managers.
- Follow through post-sale to confirm successful provisioning and customer satisfaction.
Collaboration & Communication
- Act as the link between Sales and Provisioning to ensure sold solutions are implemented effectively.
- Maintain accurate opportunity tracking in Zoho CRM.
- Provide feedback and insights to improve campaign performance.

Key Skills & Experience
- Proven B2B sales experience (telecoms, IT, or SaaS ideal)
- Strong communication and presentation skills for demos
- Solid CRM proficiency (Zoho preferred)
- Attention to detail and commercial awareness
