Job Description

Are you a natural organiser with a passion for exceptional customer service? We’re looking for a detail-oriented Project Coordinator to be a vital part of our Delivery Operations team.

In this role, you’ll serve as the main point of contact for customers throughout the delivery process, ensuring every stage is seamless and on schedule. Collaborating with engineering, procurement, and delivery teams, you’ll help coordinate small to medium-sized projects, contributing to the successful execution of our technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary contact for customers during delivery.
  • Coordinate small to mid-sized projects to ensure timely, high-quality outcomes.
  • Track progress and manage updates while resolving customer inquiries.
  • Schedule engineers and allocate resources efficiently.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation and data.
  • Collaborate across teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment.
  • Monitor budgets and risks, escalating issues as needed.
  • Support account managers and mentor junior team members.
  • Provide general administrative assistance to the Delivery team.

What We’re Looking For

  • We seek a highly organised Project Coordinator with experience in telecom or IT managed services.
  • You’ll be a proactive team player who excels at communication and can manage multiple priorities under pressure.
  • Bring strong attention to detail, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and a solid understanding of project coordination and budgeting.
  • A collaborative spirit, quick problem-solving abilities, and a positive attitude are essential.
