The RoleAs a Project Manager, you will lead the delivery of complex, high-impact SaaS, CPaaS, and cloud communications projects for clients across multiple industries.
You will sit at the intersection of technology, customer experience, and delivery excellence, ensuring solutions are delivered on time, to scope, and aligned with client objectives.

Key Responsibilities- Lead end-to-end project delivery from initial scoping and planning through deployment, testing, and handover
- Manage multiple concurrent projects, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are consistently met
- Work closely with cross-functional teams including Sales, Software Engineers, Solution Architects, and Support
- Act as the primary client point of contact, maintaining clear communication throughout the project lifecycle
- Translate business requirements into delivery plans, user stories, and technical deliverables
- Oversee implementations across CPaaS platforms, proprietary solutions, and AI-enabled services
- Identify and manage risks, dependencies, and issues proactively
- Champion best-practice project delivery methodologies and continuous improvement
- Support pre-sales activity, including discovery workshops, effort estimation, and solution planning
- Proven experience delivering SaaS, cloud, or communications technology projects
- Strong understanding of Agile and/or hybrid project delivery methodologies
- Experience with CPaaS, contact centre, omnichannel, or ISV platforms (highly desirable)
- Confident managing both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Excellent communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable operating in a scaling business with evolving priorities
- A genuine interest in customer experience, digital transformation, and emerging technologies, particularly AI
