Job Description:

Role:

15 years of IT experience has managed multiple projects in Agile methodology

Experience in retail and ecommerce domain must

Experience in 3rd party integrations to deliver specialized ecommerce capabilities

Experience in good customer facing and negotiation skill

Experience in managing digital eCommerce engagements

Expertise in integrated tracking and reporting using Jira and Confluence

Expertise in program management including scope schedule risk and cost management

Strong customer engagement and stakeholder management skills

Effective Communication and presentation skills

Experience in handing multiple scrum teams for program delivery

Responsibilities:

Customer Management and engagement with diverse stakeholders

Understand the requirements conceptualize execution model and deliver the product as per customer stated metrics

Project planning scheduling monitoring and control

Scope dependency risk change control management

Status reporting Internal and External
